Components Sourcing

We source components exclusively through authorized distributors and verified manufacturers, including Mouser, Digi-Key, Arrow, AVNET, and leading domestic distributors in China. Every component entering our facility is traceable to its origin, with full lot codes, date codes, and certificates of conformance documented and available upon request.

For customers supplying their own components (consigned materials), we conduct incoming quality inspection (IQC) against your approved vendor list before any board goes into production.

BOM management and risk mitigation

Before production begins, our engineering team performs a full BOM review covering:

  • Component availability and lead time verification across multiple suppliers
  • Identification of long-lead or EOL (end-of-life) components, with approved alternative parts proposed where applicable
  • Cross-referencing component specifications against your PCB design to flag any compatibility risks before assembly starts
  • Cost optimization opportunities without compromising approved specifications

This BOM review is included at no additional charge for all turnkey PCBA orders.

Supply chain stability for long-term production

For customers with ongoing mass production programs, we offer bonded stock arrangements — pre-purchasing and warehousing critical components against your rolling forecast. This protects your production schedule against spot market shortages and price volatility, particularly for active ICs, passive components, and connectors with historically unstable lead times.
