Yes, we provide pre-mass production samples to verify design feasibility and product quality.

1. Sample quantity: 2-5 pieces are recommended for functional testing and inspection.

2. Sample cost: Includes PCB fabrication, component procurement, and assembly fees. The sample cost is usually higher than mass production unit price due to small volume.  

3. Cost refund: For mass production orders exceeding the agreed quantity (e.g., ≥1000 units), we will fully or partially refund the sample cost as per the cooperation agreement.

Our after-sales service focuses on timely problem-solving and customer satisfaction:

1. Quality guarantee period: 24 months from the date of shipment, covering defects caused by manufacturing processes (e.g., soldering errors, component mismatches).

2. Problem handling: If quality issues occur within the guarantee period, provide photos/videos of the defective products and test reports. We will verify the cause within 3 working days and offer solutions based on the fault responsibility.

3. Technical support: Free technical consultation for product use and maintenance during the entire cooperation process; paid on-site technical support is available for urgent large-scale projects.
